Situated in the heart of the city, User Viewing is Bristol‘s only combined user experience testing lab and market research viewing facility. We offer a flexible research space and usability testing lab, equipped with state-of-the-art technology. User Viewing caters to all the needs of the market research community and UX teams across a range of industries, from mobile and web user interface testing and sessions involving assistive technology for accessibility research to focus groups and in-depth interviews.

About our facilities
Our facilities are located in the heart of Bristol and we have two rooms: The Lounge and The Study. Both rooms can be rearranged to accommodate different types of set up.
The Lounge

User Viewing is the perfect place to conduct your desktop, mobile, app, game or website testing. Besides having full access to our viewing facility and constant support from the Studio Manager, we also have a variety of devices available for you to use during your sessions.
How to find us
User Viewing (People for Research HQ)

We are based near the historic old city and close to many of Bristol's leading UX and digital agencies, not to mention easy access to our facility from the M32, M5 and Temple Meads train station.
Bristol Temple Meads is the nearest train station. It takes 15 minutes to walk from the station to User Viewing.
Bus stops within 5-minute walking distance: Queen Square, Prince Street, the Centre (C6) and Baldwin Street.
Car park at The Bristol Hotel, Galleries car park or NCP Broadmead car park.
User Viewing also has plenty of hotels and restaurants just minutes from the door. Hiring the space includes exclusive use of the User Viewing facility, a host to meet and greet participants, handle incentives and NDA signing, keep you and your clients/colleagues refreshed all day, and support you to ensure your day runs smoothly. If there is anything else you need, just ask. Additionally, there is a combined recording of the session and device screen sent digitally the day after research, along with whiteboards, post-it notes, and stationery.
