We are working with a public agency to help them improve an important online process. For this project, we are looking for people in London and Birmingham who have applied to receive Personal Independence Payment (PIP) or Universal Credit (UC). The study will be conducted in London and Birmingham.
Date & time
The sessions will happen from Tuesday 8th October 2024 to Thursday 24th October 2024, between 09:00 and 17:00.
Duration of the study
The session will last 60 minutes.
Incentive
Participants will receive £70, payable via voucher.
